- Any previous hearing test results or medical reports
- A list of current medications
- Your hearing aids (if you already use them)
3. Before Your Appointment
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any forms.
- Avoid loud noise exposure for at least 12 hours before your hearing test.
- For children, bring a favorite toy or book to help them feel comfortable.
4. During Your Visit
You can expect:
- Registration – Our front desk team will confirm your details.
- Consultation – A licensed audiologist will discuss your hearing concerns and medical history.
- Hearing Assessment – Tests may include PTA, Tympanometry, OAE, ABR, or ASSR, depending on your needs.
- Results & Recommendations – You’ll receive an explanation of your results and guidance on the next steps, such as hearing aids, therapy, or medical referral.
5. Payment & Insurance
- Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or card.
6. After Your Visit
- If you need a hearing aid fitting, we will schedule a follow-up appointment.
- For therapy or ongoing care, our team will create a personalized treatment plan.
- You will receive a soft copy of your test results upon request.
