- All hearing assessment, rehabilitation, and hearing aid services are provided by qualified audiologists and trained professionals.
- Services may be offered at subsidized or no cost for deserving patients, subject to eligibility verification.
- Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and quality of service.
2. Patient Rights and Responsibilities
- Patients have the right to receive respectful, non-discriminatory care.
- Patients are responsible for providing accurate health information and following prescribed treatment or rehabilitation plans.
- Personal health data is kept confidential in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payments for services or devices must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- No refunds will be issued for used hearing aids or completed services.
- Device warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may incur charges or service delays.
5. Data Privacy Policy
- Personal and medical information is stored securely and used only for service provision, internal records, and legal compliance.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except when required by law.

- All staff are committed to professional integrity, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.
- Any complaints will be addressed promptly through our grievance process.
7. Disclaimer
- While every effort is made to ensure accurate assessment and effective rehabilitation, outcomes may vary based on patient condition, compliance, and other factors.
- The institute is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance with prescribed care.
8. Hearing Aid Repairing Policy
- Repair services are provided for hearing aids purchased from Dr. Hina Hearing Institute or other sources, subject to inspection.
- Charges for repairs will be based on the type of fault, parts required, and labor, unless covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Devices under warranty will be repaired free of cost for issues covered by the manufacturer; physical damage, moisture damage, or misuse are excluded.
- During the repair process, especially for older or damaged devices, there is a risk that the device may become non-functional (“dead”) due to underlying issues — the Institute will not be liable for such occurrences.
- Turnaround time for repairs will vary based on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts; customers will be informed of the estimated time in advance.
- All repaired devices will be tested and returned with a service note specifying the work done.
